BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS IS OUR FOUNDATION

The three principals, Bert Carrick, Gordon Etter, and Kris Zwycewicz founded Ryzec Building Group, LLC in 2008, initially as a matter of circumstance. They previously shared seven years of their collective careers, working together in a variety of capacities for The Ryland Group, Inc., one of the nation’s largest and most successful publicly held developers/builders. Following their years of individual success in varying technical and leadership positions at Ryland, all three went across the U.S. to join regional and national builders where they gained the experience and education necessary to eventually become senior executives within the construction industry. During the next decade, the fast-paced economic period provided the partners with a framework for individual growth of experiences, maturity, and success in their respective construction careers.
